Who you work with#
We would work with the Examination Department, faculty members, and students to understand the requirements and test the EXAM LINK hardware device during the examination process.
The situation#
During examinations, student identity verification and B-Form recording are mainly carried out using physical documents and separate processes. This requires faculty or examination staff to handle and verify student details during the examination.
What is going wrong#
The current examination process involves multiple verification steps that require coordination between students and examination staff. Handling physical B-Forms and student verification separately can increase the time required for each verification. There is an opportunity to introduce a dedicated device that can make identity verification and B-Form capture faster, more consistent, and easier to manage.
Why it is not fixed yet#
Existing examination procedures are designed around established practices and available infrastructure. Developing a dedicated verification device requires integration of biometric sensing, B-Form capture, display, connectivity, and reliable operation within the examination environment.
