What is going wrong#
Scattered information can make it difficult for pet owners to identify suitable products. This may result in incorrect product choices, delayed care, and difficulty managing a pet’s ongoing health needs.
Why it is not fixed yet#
The problem requires bringing different categories of veterinary and pet-care products into one platform and using pet-specific information such as breed, age, weight, symptoms, and dietary needs to provide personalized guidance.
