Who you work with#

We would work with the Examination Department, faculty members, students, and technical staff to understand software requirements and develop the EXAM LINK examination management platform.

The situation#

Examination information such as student details, attendance, USN, and B-Form records is handled through separate processes. The Examination Department needs a centralized system to access, manage, and monitor these records efficiently across examination halls

What is going wrong#

Examination-related information is generated across different stages of the examination process and requires effective coordination and record management.

Maintaining student verification, attendance, and B-Form information in a connected system can improve accessibility and reduce repetitive data handling.

A centralized platform can provide authorized users with a consistent view of examination information and support efficient monitoring and reporting.

Why it is not fixed yet#

The existing examination processes are distributed across multiple records and systems, with limited integration between student verification, attendance, answer booklet mapping, and reporting. A unified software platform is therefore required to connect these processes and provide consistent, secure, and accessible examination data.
